Fall classes begin September 9, 2024!
Monday
Tap I 4:15-5:00pm
Recommended for ages 8-10. An introductory class designed to develop rhythm, style and sound. Students will learn tap styles from Broadway to Rhythm Tap. Dress code: Leotard and tights. Black Dolly tap shoes.
Ballet I 5:00-6:00pm
Recommended for ages 8-10. An introduction to the foundation of all dance. Teaches discipline, positions and technique. Dress code: Solid Black leotard, pink tights and pink ballet shoes.
Kinderdance 5:00-6:00pm (also available Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm)
Recommended for ages 4-5. A combo class of ballet and tap. This class is designed to encourage creative development, rhythm skills, coordination and balance. Students will learn basic steps such as positions of the feet, gross motor movement and beginner tap steps. Dress Code: Leotard and tights. Pink Ballet shoes and Black tap shoes.
Jazz I 6:00-7:00pm
Recommended for ages 8-10. An introductory class working on performance dance technique. Students will learn basic jazz foundations such as turns, leaps, and beginner movement. Dress code: Leotard and tights. Tan Jazz shoes.
Adult Tap 6:00-6:45pm
Recommended for ages 18 and up! For the adult dancer looking to continue the art of tap in a fun, stress-free environment. Open to tappers of ALL skill levels!
Advanced Modern 7:00-8:00pm
Recommended for ages 14 and up. A free, expressive style of dance. Students will improve on their technique and work on basic fundamentals such as contract/release, fall/recover, time and space. Dress Code: Leotard and footless tights. No shoes needed.
1st/2nd Combo 6:45-8:00pm (also offered Tuesdays 4:30-5:45pm)
Recommended for first and second graders. This 75 minute combo class offers Ballet, Tap and Jazz all in one! Students will build a foundation in these 3 popular dance styles and will have 2 performances in our year end recital. Dress code: Leotard and tights, Pink ballet shoes, black tap shoes and Tan jazz shoes.
Pointe II 8:00-8:45pm
Recommended for ages 12 and up. Students must take a ballet class in addition to this class. A very serious step in ballet training. Students are expected to be very dedicated to the art of ballet and require the strength and technique needed to grow in the class. Teacher approval required. Dress code: black leotard, pink tights, pointe shoes.
Tuesday
1st/2nd Combo 4:30-5:45pm (also offered Mondays 6:45-8:00pm)
Recommended for first and second graders. This 75 minute combo class offers Ballet, Tap and Jazz all in one! Hippity Hop 5:45-6:30pm
Recommended for ages 5-7. A super-fun, high energy introductory hip hop class with age appropriate music and moves! For the kid who loves to dance and get funky! Dress code: comfortable clothing your child can move in, Black hip hop sneakers.
Mini Company 6:30-7:30pm
Recommended for ages 8-11 with teacher approval. For the more serious dancer. Emphasis placed on correct technique, discipline, performance and teamwork. Dancers will attend two competitions, perform at Hershey Park, the South Whitehall Christmas Tree lighting and a Lehigh Valley Phantoms game*. Serious time and financial commitment required by both the student and parent. All company dancers MUST take Ballet and at least TWO other class each week aside from their company class (4 classes total per week) *Performances subject to change.
Junior Company 7:15-8:15pm
Recommended for grades 6-8 with teacher approval. For the more serious dancer. Emphasis placed on correct technique, discipline, performance and teamwork. Dancers will attend two competitions, perform at Hershey Park, the South Whitehall Christmas Tree lighting and a Lehigh Valley Phantoms game*. Serious time and financial commitment required by both the student and parent. All company dancers MUST take Ballet and at least TWO other class each week aside from their company class (4 classes total each week- Acro is separate and does not count as an additional class). *Performances subject to change.
Senior Company 7:30-8:30pm

Recommended for ages 5-7. An introductory tumbling class infused with Jazz. Children will work on coordination, flexibility and balance. Dress Code: Any color leotard, footless tights and bare feet.
Intermediate/Advanced Tap 5:30-6:15pm
Recommended for ages 12 and up. An intermediate/advanced class designed to continue developing rhythm, style and sound. Students will learn advanced tap styles and techniques from Broadway to Rhythm Tap. Dress code: Leotard and tights (any color), black Oxford tap shoes.
Acro II 5:15-6:15pm
Recommended for ages 8-12. A fun tumbling class infused with Jazz. Students will work on coordination, flexibility and balance. Dress Code: Any color leotard, footless tights and bare feet.
Lyrical I 6:15-7:15pm
Recommended for ages 8-11. A fusion of ballet and jazz that offers more expressive movement. Students will work on technique and expression to interpret the meaning of the music. Dress code: any color leotard, footless tights, lyrical sole shields.
Hip Hop II 6:15-7:15pm
Recommended for ages 11-13. High-energy, funky class with age appropriate moves frequently seen on tv and in videos. Dress code: comfortable clothing to move in, black Converse sneakers.
Adv. Hip Hop 7:15-8:15pm
Recommended for ages 14 and up. An advanced level, high energy, funky class with moves seen on tv and in videos. Be prepared to sweat and have lot of fun! Dress code: comfortable clothing to move in, black converse sneakers.
Lyrical II 7:15-8:15pm
Recommended for ages 11-13. A fusion of ballet and jazz that offers more expressive movement. Students will work on technique and expression to interpret the meaning of the music. Dress code: any color leotard, footless tights, lyrical sole shields.
Jazz II 8:15-9:15pm
Recommended for ages 11-13. A continuation from Jazz I. Students will learn intermediate jazz concepts such as leaps, turns, strength, flexibility, technique and terminology. Dress code: Leotard and tights. Tan Jazz shoes.
Thursday
Creative Dance 4:45-5:30pm
Recommended for 3 year olds. An introductory class for pre-schoolers. Students will work on gross motor movement, basic ballet steps such as positions of the feet and arms, and introductory tap steps and rhythm. Dress code: Any color leotard and tights, pink ballet shoes and black tap shoes.

Advanced Ballet 5:30-6:30pm
Recommended for ages 14 and up. The foundation of dance. An advanced level class improving on strength, control and body positioning at the barre and in the center. Dress code: Solid black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes.
Advanced Jazz 6:30-7:30pm
Recommended for ages 14 and up. An advanced level jazz class. Students will learn advanced steps such as leaps, turns, strength, technique and flexibility. Dress code: Leotard and tights, Tan jazz shoes.
Ballet II 6:30-7:30pm
Recommended for ages 11-14. The foundation of dance. An intermediate level class improving on strength, control and body positioning at the barre and in the center. More focus on strict technique from Level I. Dress Code: Solid black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes.
Adv. Contemporary 7:30-8:30pm
Recommended for ages 14 and up. A style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres, including: modern, jazz, lyrical and ballet. Dress code: any color leotard, footless tights, lyrical sole shields.
Pointe I 7:30-8:15pm
Recommended for ages 11 and up. Students must take a ballet class in addition to this class. A very serious step in ballet training. Lots of cartwheels, handstands, walkovers etc. accompanied by your favorite pop songs! Dress Code: Any color leotard, footless tights and bare feet.
Acro I 6:15-7:00pm
